ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Oatmeal

  • 0.5 cups of creamy peanut butter

  • 2 medium bananas (mashed)

Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana and peanut butter. Slowly add the oatmeal and continue kneading until a thick batter is formed.

As you will see in my video tutorial above, I use a well-greased mini muffin pan to bake these cookies. You can also roll the dough onto a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into small pieces and bake them on a well-greased baking sheet.

You can also roll the dough into 1-inch balls and flatten them on the baking sheet to make a simple, round biscuit. No matter what shape you make them, bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. You will know they are done when the tops are cracked and the bottoms turn a golden brown color.
