COVID-19 News for You and Your Dogs


It is official. Austin and Travis County have made a duty Shelter in Place Order to prevent people from spreading or catching COVID-19. We see ourselves as an essential company as a service provider for medical professionals and as urgently needed care for our pets.

If you are a first responder, nurse, doctor, child carer or otherwise work in one of the many important companies, We are here for you and your pets. You can rest assured that we will continue to take care of and protect your pets.


At the same time, we are one of the many small companies that are badly affected by this disease. Below are some ways you can support us even if you don't need our services here at the ranch at the moment.


We are still open!


DogBoy's is still open and has made the following changes to keep you, your pets, and our staff as safe as possible.



  1. The front office is now closed to pedestrian traffic. If you are looking to do some retail shopping (which would be very helpful) we would be happy to package and deliver it to your home (within 10 miles of Pflugerville or you can drive through and collect it while you stay in your car.

  2. To make a reservation or ask a question please call us at 512-251-7600 or email reservations@dogboys.com.

  3. If possible, all invoices should be processed online by credit card in order to minimize the use of cash.


Food and daycare



  • We continue to accept daycare reservations and meals for any of you who need them.

  • For all drop-offs and collections, please park in the roundabout during business hours and call us at 512-251-7600. Someone will meet you at your car.

  • When getting off to board, please keep your belongings to a minimum. We are happy to provide you with bed linen and food.


Training courses


Please contact your individual trainer regarding the lesson. Whitney will start teaching classes online through Zoom. Clara's classes are currently suspended until the restrictions are lifted.


Private lessons


If required, private lessons are offered online via zoom calls. All deposits made will be taken into account if you prefer in-person tuition which is now suspended.


Day school, wellness day care center and ELSA


The school-related day care center will remain closed until the restrictions are lifted. There is a regular day care center for those who need it.

Private dog park & ​​agility field


The dog park remains open for weekend memberships and is now available to customers several times a day for private reservations on weekdays. Please call the office to make your reservation.


Please contact us at (512) 251-7600 to check-in. We will charge your card on file and email a receipt to the primary email address associated with your account. As soon as you have informed us of your arrival, you can go to the agility field or the dog park to make your reservation.


DogBoy is at home


Dog walks and reservations for animal care are possible as required. If you need us, we'll find a way to help.

  • Call the office to order RETAIL. We have pulsars, toys, treats, collars, and CBD products. We can deliver it to your door or hold it ready for collection on our porch.

  • Buy a punch card. Save money by buying discounted packages such as meals, daycare and care NOW.   • Visit our dog park. Private reservations mean you have the entire park to yourself on weekdays.

You can also call our reception team to make these changes.
